Squeak fix!...
I love my Selle Anatomica Titanico saddles. I own a few of them and will happily buy more. One issue though is they can squeak. On a 300K that can drive you nearly mad! I’ve heard of some DIY fixes including lubing the nose of the saddle frame. I’m happy to report SA has a permanent fix they are offering for free. If you have a squeaky saddle contact SA.

If (when?) I get back to an upright, I’ll most likely be trying out one of those saddles.
I have an Ideale leather saddle that I used on my road bike for years but never liked it. Do you think it would improve it if I cut out the center like your saddle?

I should have asked question in a way that you may be able to answer… In your experience, does they slot in the center make a big difference? Thanks.
@Jolly – what makes the SA special isn’t so much the slot as the soft leather hammock design. I’ve never used a slotted Brooks which would be closer to your saddle to compare.
So I really can’t give you a useful answer.
If you don’t like your saddle the way it is why not cut it and see what happens…..you may like it.
I’ll go look at the Selle Anatomica at the lbs and see what the difference is and then give it a go if it looks like it might work. Thanks for all your posts.
